Refund Policy

Full refund within 14 days of buying a Season Pass. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email support@orangeslicesoccer.com from the address you signed in with, within 14 days of your purchase, and say which team the pass was for. That's all we need. You don't have to give a reason.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
• It usually reaches your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• The Season Pass for that team ends. Your story stays exactly as it is and stays yours to read — you just won't be able to update or refine it without a pass. Your games, stats, Moments and video are untouched.

After 14 days

Passes aren't refundable after 14 days, because by then the story has usually been written and rewritten through the season. We'll always refund a duplicate charge or a mistake on our side, whenever you notice it, and anything else the law requires.
